Upon arrival at Hotel Higashiyama, we were delighted to discover a luxurious shower next to the bathtub in our room. the complimentary pajamas were a nice touch, and the helpful recommendations for off-the-beaten-path attractions made our stay truly memorable. the breakfast buffet, with its diverse Japanese and Western options, was a highlight. the ease of arranging luggage delivery to our next hotel in Tokyo was a convenient service. Although the room layout was a bit tight and lacked space to open luggage easily, the overall experience was exceptional.
